Beachbody’s “Great Body” Reviewed

The first BeachBody video I ever bought is “Great Body Guaranteed“. This package includes a variety of workouts in 1 DVD. There is a stretching video, legs, buns, arms, and abs videos. This is the official product description:
“Say goodbye to those marathon workouts…with Great Body Guaranteed!, you can achieve spectacular results in less than 10 minutes a day and in just 30 days! There’s no faster, easier way to slim, tighten, and tone your entire body.”
One of my favorite things about this series is the variety. With 5 videos (4 videos really…I don’t consider stretching a very good workout), it’s easy to get on a schedule and do one or more videos per day.
“Just pick the routine you want to do (alternating each day to hit a different muscle group), and you’ve got a challenging, complete workout—in just a few short minutes!”
As usual, Tony Horton is the coach and trainer. He’s pleasant and encourages you to do your best. The people that work out with him in the videos show you how to do advanced moves and alternate, lower impact moves. The videos are great for working out at home and I recommend them to anyone looking for a good starter video series. The series is also guaranteed to work, or your money back (hence the name, “great body guaranteed”).
To further boost your metabolism and push your weight loss to a new level, buy Proactol and lose up to 6 pounds per week!

I often hear people talking about goals and how they seem to be unable to reach them. I find this statement a little sad but also have to think that these people fail to plan. I am sure that you’re familiar with the saying “those that fail to plan plan to fail”. This popular saying states that if you don’t set goals and milestones, you’ll never get to where you want to go. My opinions is that if you set realistic goals for yourself, you’ll be able to reach them. There’s something to setting goals that you can achieve that really motivate you to go and do whatever it takes to get there.
